General Terms, Conditions, and Refund Policy

This is the user agreement which governs your use of this website. By using or visiting this Cape Fear Festivals, LLC site you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you violate these terms of use Cape Fear Festivals, LLC may terminate your use of the site, bar you from future use cancel your ticket order and take legal action against you.

Cape Fear Festivals, LLC does not promise that the site will be error free - the site and content are delivered on an "as available" and "as-is" basis. Cape Fear Festivals, LLC cannot ensure that the files you download from the site will be free of viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties and will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site.

You agree that you are only authorised to visit, view and retain copies of pages from this site for your own personal use. You also agree not to duplicate, modify, publish or download any of the information on this site unless authorised by Cape Fear Festivals, LLC.


Tickets can not be resold or refunded and Cape Fear Festivals, LLC shall not be liable for consequential losses, including but not limited to travel and car parking.

Cape Fear Festivals, LLC retains the right to refuse admission or request visitors to leave the venue at any time. Cape Fear Festivals, LLC also excludes all liability for any loss, damage to personal property or injury to visitors.

TICKETS - REFUND POLICY:

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, cancellations or exchanges are available after you have purchased your tickets. If circumstances oblige the organisers to cancel an event, customers should contact the source of their ticket for refund arrangements. In the event of event cancelation, any fee charged by Cape Fear Festivals, LLC authorized ticket agents along with any processing fees shat be deducted from the pruchase price.

The organisers promote responsible drinking at all times with an emphasis on beer appreciation and quality not quantity. Please pace yourself as anyone found to be intoxicated will be removed from the event. By purchasing this ticket you agree to comply with the following rules:

• NO ONE UNDER 21 WILL BE ADMITTED

• No alcohol may be brought into the event.

• Any alcohol received on the premises for consumption is strictly not permitted to be consumed outside the venue.

• Any person in possession of a ticket to the festival bought in advance thought to be under the legal drinking age will be asked for appropriate ID. The person will be refused entry unless the appropriate ID is shown and no refund will be given. Any person breaching these rules risks being ejected from the event and if appropriate, reported to the Police.
